Description
The Renovator's Choice Interior Award – Over $50,000 recognizes excellence in residential interior renovation projects completed with a construction budget of over $50,000. This award celebrates renovators who have transformed existing interior spaces through innovative design, quality craftsmanship, and effective use of budget while enhancing the functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal of the home. This award honours projects that demonstrate that exceptional results can be achieved through thoughtful planning, attention to detail, and skilled execution, regardless of project size or budget.
Requirements
ELIGIBILITY: Entries may be submitted only by Renovators who are members in good standing of the CHBA-NL for the 2025-2026 year. Projects referred to in entries must have been renovated between September 16, 2025 and August 31, 2026
Renovations to the interior of the home are eligible with the exception of kitchens and bathrooms, as these have their own award category. Each entry is limited to a single project. Entries can involve any size renovation, reconfiguration or existing spaces and/or addition of new space.
