Description
The Renovator's Choice Exterior Award – Over $50,000 recognizes excellence in residential interior renovation projects completed with a construction budget of more than $50,000 . This award celebrates renovators who have transformed existing exterior spaces through innovative design, quality craftsmanship, and effective use of budget while enhancing the functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal of the home. This award honours projects that demonstrate that exceptional results can be achieved through thoughtful planning, attention to detail, and skilled execution, regardless of project size or budget. Eligible projects may include exterior facelifts, siding upgrades, roofing, windows and doors, decks, porches, outdoor living spaces, landscaping features, and other exterior improvements. Each entry is limited to a single project. Entries can involve any size renovation, reconfiguration or existing spaces and/or addition of new space.
Requirements
ELIGIBILITY: Entries may be submitted only by Renovators who are members in good standing of the CHBA-NL for the 2025-2026 year. Projects referred to in entries must have been renovated between September 16, 2025 and August 31, 2026
