Requirements
ELIGIBILITY: Entries may be submitted only by new home builders and developers who are members in good standing of the CHBA-NL for the 2025-2026 year. Dwelling units (single family or duplex) referred to in entries must have been completed and available for sale, rent or occupancy between September 16, 2025 to August 31, 2026.
Up to three (3) entries in the New Home Award under 1500 square feet of developed living space, above ground are permitted for each new home builder/developer membership.
