This award recognizes excellence in performance by members who provide quality residential renovations, and to inform the industry and public of these achievements.
Requirements
ELIGIBILITY: Entries may be submitted only by renovators who are members in good standing of the CHBA-NL for the 2024-2025 year. Projects referred to in entries must have been renovated between September 1, 2024 and September 2, 2025.
Exterior or interior renovations in the home are eligible with the exception of kitchens and bathroooms. Each entry is limited to a single project. Entries can involve any size renovation, including, reconfiguration or existing spaces and/or addition of new space.
