Requirements
ELIGIBILITY: Entries may be submitted only by new home builders and developers who are members in good standing of the CHBA-NL for the 2023-2024 year. Dwelling units (more than 2 attached units) referred to in entries must have been completed and available for sale, rent or occupancy between September 1, 2024 and September 2, 2025.
Up to three (3) entries in the New Home Award Multi-family/condo are permitted for each new home builder/developer membership.
