This award recognizes excellence in performance by members who provide quality residential renovations, and to inform the industry and public of these achievements.
Requirements
ELIGIBILITY: Entries may be submitted only by new home builders and renovators who are members in good standing of the CHBA-NL for the 2023-2024 year. Projects referred to in entries must have been renovated between September 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024.
Interior and/or exterior renovations in the home are eligible, except kitchens and bathrooms. Each entry is limited to a single project. Entries can involve any size renovation, including the whole house, reconfiguration or existing spaces and/or addition of new space.
