BERG Award Competition Guidelines

Entries submitted in previous years are not eligible.

BERG Award entries will be accepted only from CHBA-NL members who are in good standing for the 2023-2024 year.

The deadline for entries is October 1, 2024.  Entries cannot be uploaded after the deadline.

Entrants agree that the materials submitted may be used by CHBA-NL for promotional purposes or in any manner the Association chooses.

The Homeowner Permission form must accompany New Home and Renovator submissions.

Submissions will be handled in a confidential manner.  Judges agree not to disclose information concerning entries.
